Flinto was conceived by Nathan when he was working on Echofon, Kaz’s Twitter client. In 2010 Nathan was teaching an iOS UI design course at CCA and finally had an excuse to build the prototyping tool he had imagined. It remained a private tool for a few years. At the end of 2012, Nathan and Kaz teamed up to rebuild and publicly launch Flinto.
